1:20 the double strikes to the ears reminds me of an Ubran Combatives method where they do a double chop to the back of the neck. I feel that way you can transition to grabbing the back of the head better as your hands are already there. Just some insight to think about, even just to see the similarities. And, it makes sense to do the two flying knees to jump up higher.
