Ivo, I bought everything I needed for your Risotto. Got home from work and two of our girls and their families had come for a week during spring break. My wife said well what would you like to have for dinner? I told her that I could find a few things and I will just fix our meal on the grill. There were ten of us for dinner and I used a 16 inch Dutch Oven to fix it in. It was a hit with everyone (the kids loved it).

In the past years, I always got my NY state license and that enabled me to fish for bass early on Lake Erie, but this year, I did not renew it....going to make my way to the Detroit River for walleye instead :)

just came back from Italy and had risotto for dinner or lunch half the time - loved this stuff so much that I am learning how to revisit the flavour through memory - I found that the best ones didn't have any parmigiana in it, or very little as it competed with the seafood flavour.

Great video looks good! And I got 3 pickerel it was a good fishing trip to end it not the best got more a month ago I think 5 or 6 but still good to end the season!! I might have to try cooking that maybe!!! :):)

My suggestion is that it would be really helpful if you provided the essentials of the recipe in written form as well. Otherwise, I find that I must make written notes from the video to make the ingredients list and to list the steps. Thanks again.
Great recipe, thank you! If I would change anything, it would be the mixing of the seafood at the end. I am concerned that it will break apart with the vigorous mixing, so I would add and fold or flip it gently just a few times. Just my humble opinion 😊
