I prefer tampa because after upgrade you can aim with the machine guns at the top.
And honestly I don't think there is any other vehicle with missiles, rotary machine guns, proximity mines and mortar which can be controlled by only one person.

Tampa’s only real saving grace is the only car with remote 360 machine guns. Good against AI in missions. Bout it.
Mortars tricky to land successfully, mines and awkward missiles slightly fixed upwards can kill you in one hit.

You forgot a lot of stuff you could've included.
The Dominator goes way faster without the back protection plate.
You can force the wheelie on both cars to gain even more acceleration, at which the Dominator gains even more advantage.
You forgot to make clear the difference between armor levels on the Dominator (They're actually important).
I also miss the special parts you can use with the futuristic version, the machine guns are slightly tougher, as well as the rusty MGs being slightly weaker.
The Dominator has a juicy suspension, which is good to go over bumpy roads or off-road, but is completely garbage on the streets, as you'll lose a lot of power on consecutive turns.
The Dominator can be fitted with pushing bumpers, as well as crashing ones, those ones give the vehicle a lot more power on frontal impacts.
You forgot to mention the Tampa ability to aim around, unlike the stationary MGs from the Dominator.
You could've made the mines differences clearer.
A carsumo using the Dominator without metal bumpers and with and without the back protection plate would've been funny.
You could've also state the 3 variants of the Dominator against the non existent variations of the Tampa Armed.
And a lot more, vids are good, but you could attempt a wider variety of tests depending on which stuff you're testing, so every video would feel unique, but at the same time have your personal touch.

I love the Weaponized Tampa to bits, but I have one flaw with it. the Weaponized Tampa is a really cool vehicle. it really is! but I don't like the fact that all of the weapons, (besides the mines) are unlocked from bunker research. and since the bunker research rewards are random, it could take a month to fully upgrade it!

There is difference of 3-5 bullets between both. Which is negligible in GTA Online terms. When a tryhard tries to shoot you. Comapred to other vehicles which have good bullet protection, these does not have "little" but, "VERY LITTLE" protection. I should have written very little instead.
