I had a similar postpartum experience and I lost it day 8 of my baby’s life because of anxiety and my big kid being sick. After that I felt I wished away the first 6 months because of anxiety and trying to keep
Him healthy. You’re not alone. It does get better

Postpartum hormones make you feel crazy! You are not alone! I loved hearing you say you think you’re a good mom, because YOU ARE!🩷 Keep going momma, you’ve got this!

I agree it’s so hard. I Took My Husbands Sun Glasses and snapped them in anger after I had my Son. I had more like an Anger..and I am normally calm and Easy going. ❤ Prayers for you!!

This is sooo relatable! I also keep telling myself I will feel so much better when my son gets a little older and I’m not sleep deprived anymore, but I don’t want to wish his baby days away either 😭💕 That doesn’t mean we’re not still enjoying it though, it’s just hard 💕

You’re such a great mama. Don’t be so hard on yourself. You can love the babyhood and also be struggling. Two things can be true. You’re so self aware and teaching your girls to be gentle with themselves but also persevere. It’s inspiring 🩷

I also struggle with anxiety and the way you explain you feel is exactly how I often feel. Half the time I think I have anxiety about feeling anxious. I miss myself when I have hard seasons. Thanks for sharing. I hope this difficult season passes soon ❤

Omg you explained the feeling I have had so well “the feeling when you get bad news” my 3rd child just turned 1 in June and I’m doing better now but I had SEVERE postpartum anxiety on and off the whole year! I couldn’t stop googling new things which would just scare me more. Like you said everyday something new came up that made me go down a rabbit hole of these unrealistic medical conditions about myself and my kids. You are so smart to stop consuming things on the internet! It is the biggest thing that helped me.

Postpartum hormones are so hard to deal with sometimes. And postpartum anxiety is so real and not talked about enough. I just had my third baby and I can relate to so much of this. I just started back on Zoloft like a week ago because it was starting to feel like too much. I also do weekly therapy as well and I can say the combination of the two is really starting to help. I have other things I need to do of course as well but I hope you figure out what you need to do for yourself.

Postpartum anxiety isn’t talked about enough. I couldn’t take my baby into a store for months because of anxiety. I had the hardest time even leaving her with her dad, which my husband is an amazing dad. Anxiety is crippling. Please try and speak to your doctor, I was able to start some medication and started therapy and it has changed my life. You’re doing an amazing job mama, keep your chin up!

I was checking for you a few weeks ago. I had my son in May and the first few weeks were stressful and I think it cause me to have postpartum depression too then he has been very clingy and was crying a lot in the first few months. He is 3 months now and he is starting to come out of that stage so hopefully that will start my mental health healing journey. I never had pd before and it’s really scary sometimes not feeling like yourself. I know it all comes back in time.

The rash happened to my baby when he was in his bouncer, and I freaked out and took him to the doctor, and we figured out it was actually from the circulation. But it also took days to go away and I also thought the worst hang in there mama you’re doing the best you can.

So sorry you feel the way. I felt this way for months with my first. It's the worst. I'm not trying to come on here and be a medical dr but next time you do labs you should considering asking they check your thyroid. I wish you all the best mama. ❤

You didn’t Jip yourself, it’s not your fault! Postpartum hormones are brutal! It feels like they hold your thoughts hostage. This is the most relatable thing I’ve ever seen as someone who has struggled post partum. You are probably making so many women feel less alone. And THIS WILL go away!!!! ❤❤❤

I dealt with this in 2022 it was a horrible time in my life it had gone away then I just had my 4th baby 11 months ago and some parts of it has come back.. any cut any sickness and pain my kids have just make me spiral… I haven’t been on google in 2 years because literally it always says it’s something scary
I also think I’m going to give myself a break from TikTok I see so many post about kids that make me spiral and it’s honestly making me live in fear
I understand you mama ❤ you’re not alone praying you get some peace and comfort soon 🫂
