I always wanted to make custom music in RS3, too bad it isn't that easy... since the tutorials aren't in english, and others uses tools that I can't find anywhere.
I literally cannot find hacking tools for any romancing saga games period, I found a japanese wiki website that has pictures and descriptions of the tools, but no links and I looked everywhere even in Japanese
