Jiminie made people tear up with his performance at MMA, he can definitely express those emotions if he dances to this/like this. Of course MN are professional dancers and noone can dublicate what they did, because they interpreted the song as outsiders, but I think Jimin would do an outstanding job just like them interpreting the dance as a part of BTS! It would be so incredibly beautiful if he would dance to this Black Swan version with his contemporary dance interpretation. He would definitely be able to capture the emotions and hearts of many people. I really wish we could get a Jimin version!

Yoongi was open mouthed the whole time--- you can really see his appreciation for all kinds of art in these kind of videos. Namjoon sometimes even gasped at the moves and made guesses as to what the dancers were portraying- you can really his point of view and way of thinking, and how much he appreciates intellectual consideration. Jungkook observed the whole video without a word and never took his eyes off screen- you can tell jungkook has always had an eye for beauty, and that he always take an oppurtunity to learn, I wouldn't be surprised if he tried out some of the moves he saw in the video. Hobi payed attention the whole time---- even though this isn't his type of dance, you can tell he analysing it the whole time and how it correlates with the music, he's very detailed. When Jimin said “I was nowhere near that” my heart shattered a little. Jimin may not see it but he was back then and still is a phenomenal dancer. The way he's able to evoke emotion with his fluid yet powerful motions he never fails to leave me breathless.

Well I think it's just a matter of practice and refining the technique. I think jimin knows exactly how good he is, he was top student after all. And when yoongi said if you had kept up with your dancing you could be at this level, jimin immediately said , "well yeah". Lol. He knows he's got the talent. We all see what he does at awards shows and such. But to be at the level of a pro CONTEMPORARY dancer requires years if consistant and dedicated practice and performance in THAT field. I am watching this again in November 2020. Even though JiMin stated he is not close to the skill set of the dancers he still did amazing in the concert. His version of black swan was moving. Loud applause to the hard work JiMin put in for not just the group work and his solo but this black swan work too. I don’t think a lot of people truly appreciate the level of dedication it takes to deliver the performance he presented to ARMY in the concert, as well as everything else that was going on. I am not trying to take anything from the other members. I am just in awe of JiMin’s efforts with this album and imagining what we would have seen if the pandemic had not happened.

He's not a professional dancer though. He's great ! But professional dancer's devote their lives to dance and thus maintaining their bodies for dance. Every day for hours they stretch and train. It's constant and never ending. JHope doesn't train to that level.

Jimin express here that he's not near to those "pro dancers" but he performed so well in concert and one ceremony. I'm so proud of him. Expressing emotions through dancing is very difficult. But you can feel when Jimin was performing BS as well this whole masterpiece by pro dancers

i always come back to this video because it’s so interesting to watch jimins reaction. i’m not saying the other members don’t appreciate it as much as he does, i just think he appreciates it differently considering this was the type of dance he studied.
Explanation for the Black Swan MV: The people in black outfits represets his shadows. The first part was pretty self explanatory, he's trying to fight them but those shadows hold him back, this is pretty noticeable in the laser light scene, the lights represents a jail that he's trying to escape many times but failed. At the middle part of the MV he fought the shadows, succeded and crossed the bridge. Now that he finally fought those shadows he is now left alone and it shows how lonely is it up there being all alone (can be connected to Shadow lyrics) they even emphasize how lonely it is when they panned out the camera and show how he's alone in the very big space. After he realized this, he went back down to meet his shadows again but not to be controlled but to control them. You can see that he fight them, at one point you can see that instead of the shadows holding him back, the shadows are now following him and copying him (4:46 in the MV) , meaning that he finally won. At the end, unlike what Namjoon says that the swan tried to fly but he was being stopped, I'd rather think that the swan has succeeded flying with the help of his shadows. He now understand that he and and the shadows are one. (can be connected to Shadow lyrics)

Well I think it's just a matter of practice and refining the technique. I think jimin knows exactly how good he is, he was top student after all. And when yoongi said if you had kept up with your dancing you could be at this level, jimin immediately said , "well yeah". Lol. He knows he's got the talent. We all see what he does at awards shows and such. But to be at the level of a pro CONTEMPORARY dancer requires years if consistant and dedicated practice and performance in THAT field. Jimin's career went a different course. 😊Thankfully for us bc we get to see him shine as he is now and its phenomenal 😉

I am watching this again in November 2020. Even though JiMin stated he is not close to the skill set of the dancers he still did amazing in the concert. His version of black swan was moving. Loud applause to the hard work JiMin put in for not just the group work and his solo but this black swan work too. I don’t think a lot of people truly appreciate the level of dedication it takes to deliver the performance he presented to ARMY in the concert, as well as everything else that was going on. I am not trying to take anything from the other members. I am just in awe of JiMin’s efforts with this album and imagining what we would have seen if the pandemic had not happened.

Explanation for the Black Swan MV:
The people in black outfits represets his shadows. The first part was pretty self explanatory, he's trying to fight them but those shadows hold him back, this is pretty noticeable in the laser light scene, the lights represents a jail that he's trying to escape many times but failed.
At the middle part of the MV he fought the shadows, succeded and crossed the bridge. Now that he finally fought those shadows he is now left alone and it shows how lonely is it up there being all alone (can be connected to Shadow lyrics) they even emphasize how lonely it is when they panned out the camera and show how he's alone in the very big space.
After he realized this, he went back down to meet his shadows again but not to be controlled but to control them. You can see that he fight them, at one point you can see that instead of the shadows holding him back, the shadows are now following him and copying him (4:46 in the MV) , meaning that he finally won.
At the end, unlike what Namjoon says that the swan tried to fly but he was being stopped, I'd rather think that the swan has succeeded flying with the help of his shadows. He now understand that he and and the shadows are one. (can be connected to Shadow lyrics)
