question: you start the video and say that you subtract 200 volume points from the side with the most volume and 100 volume points from the other side. However, if you pause the video in just the right place, you can clearly see the team volume on the initially weaker side drop to 500 and the volume on the initially stronger side drop to 400. At that point, 200 volume is subtracted from the side with 400 two more times and 100 is subtracted from the side with 500 two more times. This leaves 300 volume on the initially weaker side. I'm curious why at the end the strong side and weak side doesn't switch - the coach would get one extra bonus cycle and there would be 0 team volume left on either side. Can the strong side and weak side ever switch? is the strong side just determined at the beginning of each new day? each week? or is the "strong side" based on where you were placed in your upline's organization and it never changes? I'm curious! please help! also it bugged me as well that Michael doesn't know the pokemon because I can name all original 150 in order from memory ;)
Kimikiwi Andersen; bcuz the initial starting volume point on that side is stronger you use the same formula to calculate how many cycles. The way it was demonstrated on the video is a simplified way to show us visually. But that's not a true way to calculate it. It's more accurate to take the strong TVP divide it by 200. Then the weak TVP divide it by 100. The side with the least number of cycles is your cycle bonus for that week. one side will usually have more, but cycle volume needs to balance. Which ever side still has a balance will carry over the following week. Hope that wasn't too complicated explanation
Daiva MacKenzie each insanity challenge pack should yield 65 team volume points, so with shakeology i'm sure he's just rounding from 285 to 300 to make the numbers come out nicer :)
I was just sitting here naming off all the Pokemon and other characters. Bugged me that he was just coming up with random names.
Actually with this whole explanation, how can this not be a pyramid scheme?
Finally makes sense now
