You seem to have a high mortality rate on washers, microwaves, and fans in Australia! LOL! On fans, they suck a lot of dust into the motor and clog down. Try compressed air and then a little WD40 on the shaft.

I love trees and the shade they provide but they can come with a big price if they drop on your house or car. Also clog septic systems and disrupt utilities.

Poly suggestion when trying to get the transmission in trailer leave it on trolley and go in backwards. The back of trolley is made for pulling it on the trailer.

Not all but newer developments yes. They are ideal for curbside collectors as there’s more properties per block. More chance you’ll find a hard rubbish pile compared to older suburbs.
