I got over 900 deliveries so far..Some Ahole on St Pattys day said his order was ready at 9:30am and i got the order at 11:30am 🤦♂️ Jerk gave me a 👎 on app...People exaggerate a lot

delivery by walking must be very short walks with a lot of annoying apartment complex trips.
i dont know why someone would do that over riding a bike.

Hey Sara, how many times have you been sent a message from Uber saying that you haven’t completed a order. I’ve gotten a couple and it pissed me off because I know I delivered correctly took pics and had detailed notes. 🤬

Having way more orders with Doordash in my area. Just gotta be careful, some bitch ordered a 50-60 dollar order, 3 full bags of food, it took forever, and didn’t tip. Thought it be easy but turned into a nightmare. She was even recording me on her phone hoping to gain some clout and followers from me being angry and having a Karen moment, didn’t fall for it though. Pathetic.
As someone whose new to uber eats my main issues with uber eats are 1. Their maps aren't up to date because I followed the apps directions to the customers location and it got me lost 2. Their customer service sucks and cheats drivers out of money 3. It pisses me off that they want me to take pictures of some orders but not all of the orders 3. I don't like how they reset the points drivers earn every month instead of allowing them to keep the point they already have accumulated. And 4. It doesn't allow you to take just one order at a time automatically it constantly sends you orders even before you've completed your first order they make you have to hit the stop new request button every time. Those are 4 things uber eats should fix.

Which navigation do you use?I noticed that they sometimes tell you that you have arrived and yet the house is the next one over and sometimes the house doesn't have the address on it.Google maps used to show you a pic of the house when you arrive,wish they would bring it back

I am just getting started on UE. The order comes up and before I can even look at it, someone grabs it. Different from DD and another app I do in Texas is Favor. Every app is different
That is the new "Trip Radar". It's like a place that certain orders go to see who grabs it first. Those aren't normal orders. A normal order will stay on your screen u til you accept or decline.
A you please tell me the camera button to take the photo and the complete delivery are automated once delivering item, or where do I go to do this. My first delivery was a disaster because I didn’t see anything that said complete delivery. It was 1 minute from the restaurant to the customers house, but after I left it still showed I was driving. I did take a photo though
Yes if you have to take a picturethe app will show an option to "Take Picture" at the next screen

All depends on the tip and extra mileage.
2nd time this month I completed delivery but the app wouldn’t let me close the trip out..
restarted app.. restarted phone.. called uber etc..
got 3.00 on an 11.00 trip
last time got 4. on an 18.00 double delivery..

How do you see your customer ratings? Door Dash app is much more user friendly. I couldn't figure out how to decline an order , now I know its the X but with door dash it says decline. An customer ratings are easy to find on door dash plus I love that after every order it shows u what you made an the breakdown. Thanks for the video!
Yeah but it’s much easier to decline on UE. No annoying steps to choose a reason. You can’t see your eating until you’ve had at least 10 ratings.
There are several things that I would like to know that were absent from this video. First, are there audible turn by turn directions or just a map? Second, you were showing both destinations which looked like two different places (though with both went to the same daycare) but you didn't say if there is a particular order you should deliver. Example, if the second order was closest, do you deliver first, or do you pass that stop and deliver the first order you accepted?
Audible directions but you can turn it off. The app determines the order in which you can deliver stacked orders.
New driver here. When I am on a delivery, new requests keep messing up the screen.... I can't see the info I need. How do I stop that ?
Tap on the three dots to the right and click Stop Requests when you are on another delivery.
I just transferred to UE from PM and haven’t started yet. I currently deliver with DD. (I’m also in the Brandon/Seffner area)I tried your steps you pinned to add your husband’s referral info but I don’t have all those steps to add the info. It takes me to referrals and that’s it. No invited driver option listed.
I just looked and it may be different on some accounts, go to your Inbox and click "Help" in top right corner. Click "Account and Payments" and than "Referrals". Let me know if this helps and I'll change my steps that I pinned!
Well I tried again. And there is no where for me to put in a code for referrals. I googled it also. I signed up from my previous Postmates account and I was automatically signed up with UE and all my deliveries from PM transferred to UE so maybe that’s why. Looks like I already have over 300 UE deliveries and I haven’t even started yet. That’s because my PM deliveries transferred over to UE

My app never shows any of those busy areas. And I love in a city of 200,000 people with tons of restaurants. Is that something that unlocks after a certain number of deliveries?
No, Maybe restaurants in your area aren’t using UE.
I do get deliveries from a lot of restaurants Though.

Yes you have 90 days from sign up to add the info and complete the amount of trips. If you don't see the trip amount on your end I can tell you after you add the info!

You don't have to do it quarterly but it's 4 smaller payments rather than 1 large payment at the end of the year. I do mine quarterly because of my RUclips taxes and right offs, it's way easier for me.
