I'm a glaceon main and I've had this issue. When it happens to me my ping is sometimes completely fine and there's no lag, but I can't use any basic attacks or special moves no matter how much I tap the buttons. It'll last for like 3-4 seconds but that's a lot of time lost when you're in combat. It happens when I'm attacking wilds too. I've also encountered a bug with slow smoke recently where the user gets slowed by their own slow smoke (even when no enemies have attacked me or slowed me), it doesn't happen often, but when it does I get so infuriated having to slowly crawl out of my own bubble, sometimes getting killed in the process. I hate this game so much sometimes
