So sir what should we mostly do should we ask for referral whenever we see an opening or just apply on the careers site. Which has more chances to get selected for assessment process?
Mam i applied for a job directly on the company's portal and after that i got a referral form an employee of that company.
Now if I withdraw my previous application ( as there is an option on the site) and apply freshly through that link

Withdrawing the application won't help. You need to pick fresh job id

Thanks I made the same mistake but I learn and get the benefits of Referal.
Normally when candidate apply via careers section. Many jobs asks that are you referred by any employee. or They ask" Are you in relation with any employee?".
So if you haven't ask for referral you can put NO there.

I have applied for a job which rejected and now for different role one job came and when i asked for referal without applying it is showing this candidate already rejected.
