not working in redmi 9 prime , in backup and restore >mobile device>it doesnot show option of other system apps nd 3rd party apps it just showsoptions like acess contact edit contact acess casll history nd all there not even any drop down menu either

I'm using a Redmi Note 8 device that is currently running on Miui 12.5.2 version. But I am facing a battery drain issue which is increasing. Battery automatically drains without using the device. It automatically comes down from 90% to 85% or 40% to 18%/20%. I have already changed the battery from official customer care but still the problem exists. What can I do now?
Check individual battery usage by every app, there might be one which is draining the battery
Go for another rom like Google pixels experience
