Inverter Ac PCB Communication Error - Circuit Signals Only 4.8 Volts

I Got an Inverter AC/Air conditioner Pcb, which I already repaired with no communication error between the indoor and the outdoor unit, but after some days, the technician told me that it is still showing the f1 mistake, which is the communication problem. Only 4.8 volts is what we were getting on the signals of the signal and neutral terminals. I traced the fault of what was actually wrong with the PCB/circuit board. Because when I repaired it previously, I checked everything when I fixed it. It was okay. So fixing and tracing such problems you already worked on was entertaining.
