The amount of people who come on here saying “I didn’t grow up with a father so I don’t want my kid to grow up without one” blows my mind. Like if you don’t wanna put your child in that situation, don’t put YOURSELF in that situation.

With the 1st episode, are we just gonna ignore that the second potential father was UNDERAGE??? He found out "just recently, right after I turned 18" 👀 She looks about 28-30 ( Yes I KNOW it says she is 21) and this boy JUST turned 18. .
*EDIT* The age of consent may be 16 in some places but regardless, under the age of 18, you are considered a minor, and she was 19 and he was 15 ( he JUST turned 18 so take it back 18 months and THEN back another 9 -10 months and he is 15 when he got her pregnant.). Any way you slice it, that is almost always considered wrong/illegal..... (I said ALMOST)... If it was flipped to where she was 15 and he was 18 or 19, y'all would be up in arms yelling about he was taking advantage of her, demanding he be arrested for statutory r@pe, and any other thing possible. Just because the female is older doesn't change the fact that it's not okay.
I am so tired of women getting a pass for behavior that men get arrested, jailed, demonized and called out for. Equal rights comes with equal responsibility/equal consequences.

My cousins sister in law had a full term baby in her bathroom and she didn't know she was pregnant. The family had to purchase everything for the baby before they were released from the hospital. They had nothing. It can happen very rare though

My cousin didn’t know she was pregnant until she went in labor. She was heavy set so we couldn’t tell by looking at her and she never had regular periods, not to mention she was older. It does happen.

there is literally an entire show dedicated to this...all kinds of women finding out they are pregnant when they go into labour or when the baby is dropping out of them
Yep, one woman in her late 40's and big sized thought she was in menopause until she went in labor.
How is $62.10 helping pay for a child? Monthly support! A pack of diapers of like 72 is $24 and formula that lasts a week is $27 for newborns.

I know young girls have been pregnant and didn't know. But not knowing for 9months is almost unbelievable. So she didn't have any prenatal care.
Preventive pregnancy must taught very early. EVEN BEFORE A GIRL STARTS MENISTRATION.
In the first case it seem like it would have been better for the 18 year old to be the father because he seems like he would step up more while the 23 year old is making excuses for why he can’t be the father.

A lot of men think if they pull out they cant get a girl pregnant. As a nurse I have heard a lot of crazy things men say they do to not get someone pregnant, and they are proud of it when they tell it. Its crazy, then they argue with me when I tell them they are wrong and break it down for them.

It is kind of annoying that people in the court room tried to laugh at the defendant about her cryptic pregnancy, It happens more than people think and it is not something that is funny. A cryptic pregnancy can happen to any woman. My husbands grandmother had a cryptic pregnancy, she had given birth to 4 living babies and she was a nurse for many years working in labor and delivery. Neither her nor her doctor knew she was pregnant with her 5th until she was 7 months pregnant and went into preterm labor. They stopped the labor and she was able to carry to full term, but the cryptic pregnancy surprised everyone especially her and her doctor.

Thank you. I thought it was just me. Having said that I think she drew the short straw. Mr Hollins was upset that she cheated. He was upset, felt betrayed because she slept with another man; conveniently forgetting he had an entire relationship and child and was totally un repentant about it. He is not a victim here. They are all lucky that the only thing they caught were children and child support.
It makes me crazy when they say I didn’t have a father. I don’t want my child to grow up without a father and these people don’t even try to be in a relationship or married I know being married doesn’t make men stay

I actually had a student who hid her pregnancy until she went to the hospital for “severe stomach cramping “. She always wore oversized clothes and was always tired on the few days that she did come to school. I was shocked when her mother called with the news. It CAN happen. Very rare, but possible.
Are you saying she knew and she hid it? Cos that different than this woman saying she never knew she was pregnant till she gave birth.
i use to think how could a woman not know she's pregnant. even if she didn't get a bunch of symptoms, i figured there were some that would make a woman think bam i'm pregnant. it wasn't until i discovered a show called "i didn't know i was pregnant" on tlc. very fascinating and it turns out there's a lot more cases of women not knowing they're pregnant than i could have imagined.

It affects how how secure or insecure they are. It affects all their relationships and how they treat people so actually it eventually affects society

1st case, he is full of excuses. He is not going to be there. Hes a big baby and thinks if he hides someone else will fix it.
I can’t with the men who talk about what they don’t know how to do as if we automatically know what we’re doing. Being a parent is something you learn as you go. That is his way of justifying the fact that he doesn’t plan on being a father to that little girl.

I believe she didn’t have an idea cause I found out I was pregnant on July 1 and had my son July 29th. My first OB appointment was August 1st
