Die Fill Service Plattform bietet Kunden einen einfachen und raschen Zugang zu sämtlichen relevanten Informationen ihrer Anlagen. Der persönliche Zugang wird mittels E-Mail-Einladung geliefert und ist unkompliziert zu erstellen. Die Bedienung ist einfach und intuitiv aufgebaut. Auf der Plattform ist eine Übersicht aller Fill-Anlagen des Kunden zu finden. Zu jeder Anlage stehen sämtliche Servicefälle, Dokumente oder zusätzlich wichtige Informationen, wie der direkte Ansprechpartner bei Fill, zur Verfügung. Die lückenlose Anlagendokumentation und weitere wesentliche Unterlagen sind ebenfalls ersichtlich.
Serviceanfragen oder -meldungen werden digital erfasst, wobei der jeweilige Bearbeitungsstatus in Echtzeit ersichtlich ist. Darüber hinaus wird die gesamte Kommunikation zu einem Servicefall dokumentiert. Somit ist die komplette Servicehistorie der betreffenden Anlage verfügbar. Über einen QR-Code kann eine Anlage auch über Mobilgeräte identifiziert und der Servicefall gestartet werden. Mit der Service Plattform bietet Fill ein professionelles und effizientes Servicetool, das den kontinuierlichen Workflow unterstützt und so die Produktivität fördert.
