Hey cool videos man. I have a quick question about one of your previous videos. When you got the resonator & muffler delete on your 328i, did that cause a check engine light?
@@tyler_citrusss4164 that’s only if you got catless downpipe. resonators and mufflers are not monitored by oxygen sensors or any sensors for that matter. No CEL will be thrown for deleting resonators or mufflers. Either way, I would get a catback setup instead. A straight pipe will not sound good.
@@boznien1I was planning on doing the res/muffler delete and then changing the exhaust tips. I don’t want anything TOO loud but I still want a noticeable change. Just hoping that the CEL doesn’t come on and that I can pass inspection.
I just did the same mod last week to my F80. Never understood why they made them halogen rather than LED like everything else on the car.
