I think the Cube Queen is also sending a message through the Reality Tree. I think she is making an example of what she is going to do to the loopers: choke the life out of them with her power
EDIT: I have a feeling the Reality Tree POI will become the Last Reality Tree
I mean that is a good theory but since the cube queen and the herald look hella similar to each other, what if the herald is related to the cube queen or a warrior of the queen and is trying to bring back the queen since her defeat in chapter 2 and even some of the heralds cosmetic descriptions sounds really similar to what the cube queens cosmetic descriptions
Herald was trying to finish what the cube queen was doing back in chapter 2 cuz both of them are related to the last reality

If the nothing is the master/leader of the last reality it would be cool if we got to see Geno, The Nothing and maybe the foundation fight.
Just like the seven, i think each of the factions are 7 factions with one being the middle. TLR could have different factions with different names as TLR and the nothing both are different groups to the same team/goal. they could've took a different direction and sent out a different faction of TLR to take care of the island

Could it be possible The Nothing is a hive mind? Could be wrong on this assumption,but it wouldn’t be too far of a theory/guess.Also perhaps The Nothing is the right hand man to The Cube Queen similar to how Gunnar is the right hand man to Slone,and Slone is the right hand man to Geno?
Or the more likely theory is that Cube Queen is the servant of the Nothing.
Foundation: There was Nothing and the the Zero point came into existance(something similar to those lines).
Nothing is probbably the ebodiment of nothingness.

The Nothing did show up in one STW mission but it had less importance than the storm king and the husks
But if we consider STW to be a prequel story in a different yet similar reality to the Fortnite BR story then we know The Nothing gotten control over the darkness and the storms, after the defeat of the Storm King, forming The Last Reality with the Cube King (The Origin) and then The Cube Queen as a puppet or as some form of vessel.
STW can't be a prequel, because they reacted to the end event in chapter 2, saying stuff about how they had stopped existing for a bit, but then re-existed after the event was over.

I feel like when the Scientist said “The nothing is now inevitable” he meant all things that are bad or evil. The reason I see this as the case is because the Zero skins description is “Everything and Nothing”. And the Everything could be the good or positive things which could be why the Foundations description says “His mission is everything.”

I think the Cube Queen got so anraged she called her adoptive father to destroy us but he was at the store for milk and when he returned home he tripped the milk fell and thus our island is consumed by it
Also a leaker/Date a minor was able to get the Herald skin early and went around talking to NPC’s on the map, sunbird said something interesting though…. she said what you Herald will consume you so I believe by the end of the season then nothing will have made it to the island and will absorb/consume the Herald.
The Nothing, seems to be a division of the Last Reality yes.. However, when The Nothing says "We" you could think of it like Venom and Eddie brock, like a symbiote. Example: "We are Venom..."
The Nothing, instead of a division, could be a core part of the Last Reality, a person, an entity...

If you have not noticed but the headless emote holds the reality /island in her hand and then if she wanted to she can crush it then the reality would be crushed
I think that each member of the last reality has their own "powers" of controlment so the cube queen controls the cubes the herald controls the blooms and I'm pretty sure the nothing controls the chrome cause well in the quest he talks through the chrome TV and specifically a chrome one and it's just pretty obvious at this point

I think the last reality does have different groups.If you look at the bottom of the last realities logo, you can see the same symbol that was at the spire in season 6. Also, I think the nothing is the black hole, I think the last reality will come back and destroy the zero point, similar to how it happened in season X.

The Last Reality having 6 divisions is actually a really interesting theory. So we would have the Cubes, the Aliens, the Storm from STW and now the chrome. That’s four so maybe we’ll find out the last 2 in Chapter 4

I think the nothing IS the last reality, all the factions combined. Hence why they refer to themselves as"we". I think whoever the nothing takes hold of/corrupts means they will become a part of him, another reason why he says "we" rather than "I". The nothing is, in my opinion, the next big this. They are inevitable

Him calling Jonesy a “random blonde bozo” is funny but also incredibly untrue! He was literally the ONLY one to try and stop the Zero Crisis in Season 15 which would’ve destroyed ALL existence! Yes the Foundation did contain the Zero Point in the Spire but I doubt he would’ve done that if Jonesy hadn’t called him there in the 1st place! He is not some random bozo, he’s the only one who saw through the IO’s villainy and betrayed them and was pretty much the only one to try and stop the Multiverse from dying, until he convinced the Foundation to actually do something.
Pay more attention to some of the characters in the battle pass it clear that at least 2 of them are survived the nothing. So next season will enfencice chrome. We also know atleast right now queen will not return because cube creatures hate for water. This my detective note sooooo

My theory is that there're different divisions of The Last Reality
The Cube Legion, Kymera's, and Trespassers are led by The Cube Queen
The Pluxarians and Chrome are led by The Herald
The other 4 factions are unknown so far.
And at the center of everything is The Nothing AKA The Emperor of The Last Reality who oversees everything The Last Reality does.
I also have a theory that The Nothing has a sibling named The Everything and they were created by The Zero Point for an unknown purpose.
I’m pretty sure the nothing is the guy who’s talking to byte though, but if you are correct I wonder who is talking to.

I do not believe the Nothing is a division of the Last Reality. It does not call Themselves “we” as a form to address members, but because it could be a way to refer to itself AND it’s physical form. Think of it this way: the Nothing is the opposite of Everything in the Fortnite universe. It is a power itself and can somehow create bodies for itself. It may call itself “we” to refer to the many bodies it has, itself, and what it represents. It’s hard to explain, but the Nothing may just be referring to itself as We because it speaks of the Nothing itself (power of non-creation or destruction), and its physical manifestations, possibly through Chrome. Think of the way it speaks, as if possessed or made up of MANY variations (the echo or weird sounding voice).

She didn’t die she just had her signal cut off, also that was in the middle. The reality tree is from the zero point.

I really like how you went with your theory ,but I do have my own thoughts about the connection between The Nothing and TLR. While I do believe The Nothing is just another name for The last reality ,I do believe that the voice from the chrome TV is the new Cube King ,I think that the cube queen died during the end event and there is a new monarch in charge now ,and since we know that The Origin is a former monarch ,it wouldn't be farfetched to think that there were more kings and queens in the past , henceforth a new monarch who has stepped on the Cube throne ,ready to take revenge for the humiliation that The Last reality endured during the end of chapter 2.
