The purpose of this video is to show problems caused
by incorrect use of the juicer and to address the inaccurate representation of
the juicer from other comparison videos.
Press and release, Do not keep on pressing to push down the ingredients.
Too much pusing may cause the ingredients to be crushed in a way some pieces remain on top of the screw and inside the strainer.
instead,let thge screw pull down the ingredients for the maximum juice yield.
Quick rinsing does not work well when some pieces remain inside the juicer.
Cleaning is easier and faster when all the ingredients are extracted.

Hi! I bought Kuvings B6000 and I have a question. Is it normal that bowl and upper part moves slightly from side to side when the slow juicer is turned on and I put e.g. an apple or a carrot?

I have used Omega VSJ843 for 2 years, (sold it). I got a Tribest Green star Elite (tried it for one week, returned it). The kuvings is the best over all. I absolutely hated the green star. it is only worth it if you mainly do greens, but the kuvings 7000 is a much better over all juicer.

there's a lot of pulp inside the juicer it drives me mad when I'm about to clean it.
I'm using the B1700 model, I wish it has a transparent chute so I could see what's going on inside

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. The model of C7000 is same as C9500. It depends on country.Major parts of C9500(=C7000) including screw, juicing bowl, scrapers, smart cap, design etc. have been upgraded to extract better juice. Thanks +Kuvings, what do you mean by "better"? Smoother? Less pulp?

I bought Kuvings B6000 and it's third time that one of the 3 hooks that hold the bowl breaks :/ for that price it's unacceptable..

thank you for replying. I usually insert apples, oranges and carrots. I even remove the seeds from the apples and put the carrots for 3 hours in the water before juicing. I've read the manual carefully before first using it, so I'm sure it's not my fault it keeps breaking. The bowl is wobbling while the juicer is working so that's probably the cause of failure. I have the juicer for only few months, used it less than 15 times and it already broke 3 times. The service keeps replacing the hook that breaks, but that's not a solution for this problem as after just few uses it breaks again. I live in Poland and I contacted the service one more time and I asked for the refund as I don't want them to replace the hook once again as it's pointless. Hopefully I'll get my money back and then I'll have to buy some other juicer.

For carrots, plz slice the ingredients 2,5 cm thick or cut 2,5 cm wide and 5-15 cm long.

yes, I was cutting the carrots in small pieces and then put them into the water for 3 hours. Between the second and the third time the hook broke I was only juicing apples and oranges, so it's not the problem with the products I juice. I wouldn't want to post my email in the comments, I'll write you a a private message if that's ok.

Interesting, not even one person on YT using ginger when using Kuvings juicer. Be aaware that ginger can destroy you Kuvings juicer in a second.
Hi, there. For smooth extracting, we recommend that you slowly put the ingredients cut in proper sizes in the whole.
