Why do you make a thumbnail of it raining inside your van? Why not take a pic of the van outside and then add extra rain? It doesn't make sense to be raining inside your van.

秋の景色に合わせて炊き込みご飯も考えましたが、冷凍シーフードに霜で2倍の大きさになっていたので洋風ごはんにしました。

車中泊している方おられますね。無言ですが、カメラがSONY α7Cの撮影です。登録者80万人超えておられます。インドネシアかと思いましたが日本国内でした。
