Trump probably is guilty of a lot more that he hasn't been convicted of. However, I personally believe that the elite are getting away with crimes every day. The justice system protects the elite more than it protects the poor.
Just because Trump is totally a criminal doesn't mean he is the only elite who is a criminal. I bet a lot of elites have tons of crimes under their belt, but they aren't prosecuted because the system protects them.
Don't forget the beginning of the "me too" movement where it's an open secret that tons of filmmakers flex their powers to push people around and commit harassment crimes openly. They caught a few, but most of them never got convicted.
The me too movement started under Trump's presidency, and "me too" has lost steam under Joe Biden. Under Trump, women were able to reveal their predators, something they couldn't do under Obama. Jeffrey Epstein also got brought to justice under Trump.
Under Joe Biden, we still have elites getting away with crimes, and nothing's changed because that's the way the system was designed.
