I like the perm rod set myself I just have one hug problem I'm not sure how to keep it looking nice by the time I wake up in the morning all the curls are mushed to my head. How do I prevent that from happening?

I put my hair in loose ponytail/sections or I try to pineapple my hair. Either one of those ways will help
