As someone going through this at 37, started at 36, thank you for bringing more awareness to this ❤

Thank you for this segment. Dr. Marks delivery was that of concern and compassion. I am currently going through everything that she mentioned. However; like many women, I did not know what was going on. I went to the doctor thinking I was having a nervous breakdown or some "mid-life" crisis. Why? because menopause is not discussed...well, other than the "hot flashes." We are not prepared for what may come after or even with the "hot flashes." I am more than thankful that my doctor is a woman who had experienced menopause, and was able to explain to me what I was going through. I was shocked to know that all of this (mental, physical and spiritual) would be part of my transition. It is an experience that deserves addressing. Thank you.

I went through the same thing and thought I was going crazy not knowing about menopause. Thank God I was lead to a female GYN doctor who explained everything to me.❤

I feel symptoms like being more tired than I use to be on certain days. Especially when my cycle comes on for the month, I literally am drained of energy. This video had been more helpful than most out there that simply don't want to talk on the touchy truth of different health concerns for non-caucasian women, when we are different on some levels.... because we do age differently from them. So thanks for sharing stronger information

This is very important information, let’s share and find ways to understand what is happening. Do your research on diet, sleep, exercise, lowering stress, be your own advocate, seek 2 or more opinions from different Doctors, get the your personalized blood panel. We are not one size fits all. I am about to be 50yrs old I have already started my research and the conversations. Good luck y’all. 😊
