@@rooneyowen8182 wow, someone else out there had the same idea & a flashback to this game...... Rip Razor... the game only showed his special move a few times(foot grab & full body slam).... but you could spam that move basically until you won, the best!
@@KSealedvsK for sure whenever think about 90's era always bring me back to this game. Watching those fighters on TV and play them on sega genesis was something incredible. For me this not just nostalgia, it's growing up character.

The body scans and attention to detail are incredible. Even the undertaker does his "dead man rising" when he gets up. Wish there were more games like this. Fast paced, comprehendible, and dedicated.

These full-body scans made for amazing visuals. I would have loved a simulation wrestling game with these graphics.

I love 4ever played this, Razor Ramon, Doink the Clown, The Undertaker, Yokozuna, BAM BAM Bigelow, "HBK" Shawn Michaels, Bret "Hitman" Hart and Lex Luger. WOW!!! GREAT... GREAT MEMORIES. Thank you!!!

A case where the Genesis/Megadrive does a much better job than the SNES. It somehow feels more complete compared to the 32 bit versions too, seeing as it has music and sound FX.
I was totally invested in the fights...such nostalgia...great game!
The move that Doink the Clown does at 10:03 - I used to call this "Super Doink" when I was a kid playing this game.
Now, as an adult, I've taught my 5-year old son that when we jump onto the bed doing that move, it's called "Super Doink!"
You wouldn't believe how many times he wants to execute that move

I brought this game to a sleepover, and we played it for hours, all night. Definitely solidified some friendships and made me cool.

I played it on the snes a lot and I loved it, but never knew why they didn't include bam bam and Yokozuna in snes. In the snes you hear Jerry the king a lot and in the sega version you hear Vince.
Dan zig they’re too big for SNES, it would bring the machine to its knees. The console has enough trouble just processing the smaller, skinnier characters.
Great game from the 90s, listening to it now, sounds like a kung fu movie

the action in this game looks more like a Mortal Kombat fight than the actual wrestling match since it was developed by the same i.e Midway games. nevertheless, it is an awesome game.

PAY DAM!
I just played and beat the Super Nintendo version which is missing two characters. It played a lot slower, too. You couldn't exit the ring, either! At least, I never did. This Genesis version definitely has worse graphics and sound, but I might have to try it anyways just to experience a more complete version of the game. Or I might try the PS1 version
