Walt Disney's "The Adventures of Chip 'n Dale" Season 5 Ep 20

From Season 5 of Walt Disney's Disneyland Anthology program we have Episode 20: The Adventures of Chip 'n Dale which originally aired on February 27th, 1959. Walt has left a message on a tape recorder telling the audience that Chip and Dale will be the guest hosts this week. The two chipmunks have brought a book filled with stories of their exploits. Dale wants to tell the story of The Lone Chipmunks, but Chip feels it's better to save that one for last, and after a brief song and dance number, they introduce us to several stories before concluding with the shootout in The Lone Chipmunks. This episode presents the following shorts which have been edited out due to copyright concerns: Two Chips and a Miss (Walt Disney's Classic Cartoon Favorites DVD, Vol. 4 AND Chip 'n Dale Volume 1: Here Comes Trouble DVD), Chicken in the Rough with excerpts from the Silly Symphony: Farmyard Symphony which have been conveniently edited in (Walt Disney's Classic Cartoon Favorites DVD, Vol. 4 AND Chip 'n Dale Volume 1: Here Comes Trouble DVD), Donald Applecore (Walt Disney Treasures DVD: The Chronological Donald, Vol. 4 AND Bonus Feature on Melody Time DVD and Blu-ray), Chips Ahoy (Disney+), Up a Tree (Walt Disney Treasures DVD: The Chronological Donald, Vol. 4) and The Lone Chipmunks (Bonus on Davy Crockett 50th Anniversary DVD). All of the connecting segments are included! This particular upload is from the laser disc release, but has elements, to the best of my knowledge, from the opening in 1959, first color re-airing in 1962, the title card from 1974 and the 1970 closing credits.
