PrePex receives the Cannes Innovation Lions Award 2016

  • PrePex, By Circ MedTech, won the prestigious Gold Innovation Lions Award in the Innovative Technology Category, as part of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity held June 18-25 in Cannes, France.
    Representing PrePex, on behalf of Circ MedTech, was Adi Kadussi, Marketing Director, receiving the Gold Lions Innovation Award from the Jury President, Mr Emad Tahtouh on June 22, 2016, at the Palais De Festival Cannes, France.
    This year, over 43,000 entries were submitted for the Cannes Lions Awards. PrePex was selected out of 380 entries submitted for the Innovation Lions category and presented on stage in front of the Cannes Lions Jury and an international audience. For the vast majority of members of the audience, this was the first time they had heard about Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) programs taking place in Sub-Saharan Africa - and also about the UNAIDS target (part of the UN SDGs), to scale-up 27 Million male circumcisions as part of HIV-prevention programs.
