Correction: Hot Zone drill is only once a week.. ALSO dont fix cold zones, just fix those in career! Always upgrade a hot zone to a lethal zone, LETHAL ZONES ARE OP!

@@tmjmcvea2865 my online shot is Jt Thor base, Bryant upper 1, Mikal Bridges upper 2. Tune how you like but max speed is pretty lethal. Push cue works for me best on this shot

7:03 you can also jump once the ball is in their air if you are a tall build. you might miss the rebound but that crazy ass block is worth it

For HOT SPOTS just go to mycareer and put it on rookie and shoot and make like 10 shot FROM EACH SPOT get the court fully red and go to lethal shooter to turn it purple... I just saved u a lot of time You're Welcome

@@youngdirkkI know it works too I just finished getting all my hotzones in only one game of my career on rookie . And then got my lethal zones at the art of shooting.

Let go of RS when you need to fully sprint or recover.

I cant explain it better than that in the video bro, Im sorry, its probably a language barrier.
The visual cue is different with different Jumpshots so practice your jump shot and see where you need to release for it to be green when you find where your supposed to release you will shoot way better
