Wonderful scenery in that high country! Enjoyed the variety of footage shown and the peaceful quiet environment of these landscapes. Must be a perfect place to stay during summer at over 1km above the sea! Glen Innes looked very quiet.
Hi Kris, Glen Innes is much cooler than the coast, and it was quite, good for filming the streets ,there was a lot to see,and I didn't see it all, some good free camps nearby too,I must go back to the National parks one day.take care Bill
1) Gibraltar Range NP is on my list to visit this year. I think I will do the same things you did. 2) Torrington is nice. Was nice to meet you too. Thanks for the shout-out. I have been to Torrington 3 times in the last 6 months. 3) I am glad you took the full loop circuit for Westminster and Mystery Face. It's a very relaxing and calm walk. This video was very nice, Thanks Bill. You take care 🙂 See ya :-)
Hi Ade ,thanks good to meet you ,so much to see there, everytime I put the drone up I could see something else of interest, so looks like I'll have a bit to see when I return. As for Gibraltar n.p,that grader on the hill did make it too soft for tarago but at least it means that they were fixing the roads, another place for me next time, take care Bill
G'day Bill. Happy Easter. What a lot of territory you managed to cover on this video, you certainly put in the hard yards for us, my legs started to ache watching you. I've been through Glen Innes years ago, couldn't remember anything, loved the old buildings, didn't know about the standing stones, probably weren't there back then (the 80's) great drone footage. When you wave to the drone, I always wave back. I didn't realise how much granite there was. Great video thanks Bill. Rest up, you'll need it after that walk. Stay safe, looking forward to seeing your next video. Smokey
Hi Smokey, Happy Easter back to you,it was a lot of walking in that video, actually I took so much footage that I just couldn't get it all in,but there is so much to go back for,I really liked the Glen Innes area, didn't realise the great Parks, waterfalls etc were so close, that rest stop on the hill was so peaceful that I stayed there for 4 nights.Glad you liked the drone footage, I tried to match up go pro with drone footage, it's always important to have the right music too, hoped you liked it,take care Smokey, should be Big Guitar and Parks Telescope next.Bill.
Loved the Mystery Face little man lost Take care and enjoy
Hi Louise, the face was better than I thought, the little man lost reference was to a movie made in the area called 'Little boy lost'.
I love all those beautiful big rock formations 💜
There were so many formations, I could of gone back for another look ,I just didn't realise how good the parks and forests were in this area.
It's sooo amazing being able to see the beauty with the drone 😊💜
