do you have a no refund policy when requesting a % of the payment up front?

as for diagnostics, i have a comparison, you state that you are not doing a free assessment before taking on a client, so i assume you would be fine with a mechanic charging you to look at or asses your vehicle when it has a potential problem, and not expect a free estimate, because that is what you are saying in a nutshell

This is like a guide to the over educated college churned out "students" that never paid attention in class as everything in this video i knew by 6th grade high-school, yes its a nice refresh but if anyone is actually taking this seriously then they need to switch careers.
