Shaggy and Matt didn't get corrupted. It's just their God form. But the Shaggy creator said that it's just a skin mod for Rivals of Aether he made long ago, which kind of explains the color scheme. Some others said it was the hand where a Wiimote was being held, others say it's corrupted game files. Because the letter kind of has some code stuff or whatever. The corrupted game files would explain Matt's odd movements. I would say it's either the God form because of the caution signs and death notes that are there or corrupted game files because of Shaggy's oddly fast idle animation and Matt's Tricky like movements.
