    1:30 I always loved the bassline with vocals, it added to the song. But in the instrumental hearing it this crisp makes this piece 110% industrial, and my favorite.

    Again, this reminds me of the legendary Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom - one of my favorite games of all time. It's so unique and the music was equally *OUT THERE*.

      I thought I was the only who thought this. I feel like the composers for Circle of Doom were influenced by NIN. South Koreans make really good industrial metal it really shows in the games boss fights especially Loki.

    I know when it comes to game soundtracks, Trent is associated with the Quake soundtrack and a Call of Duty game or two, but this instrumental of Reptile actually conjures up images of Dead Space for me. The bleak industrial machinery sounds. Sounds sinister, cold, and evil. Sounds angry and dangerous. Reminds me of the Ishimura ("That's the *USG* Ishimura!") and the horrors that lie within.

    • @dogman3362
      @dogman3362 4 месяца назад

      The industrial sounds in this track absolutely, 100% fit the Strogg from Quake 4. What would I give to have a Quake 5 with an OST that sounds like this
      But I agree, Dead Space fits too. Dead Space, Quake and Doom 3 are such awesome games.
