    材料/Ingredients(四至五人份量 4-5 people's portion):
    三條粟米 3 sweetcorn
    一湯匙蔥花 1tbsp scallion
    一隻蛋 1 egg
    半茶匙雞粉 1/2tsp chicken powder
    一茶匙鹽 1tsp salt
    四湯匙粟粉 4tbsp corn starch
    四條蟹柳(切粒) 4 crab/seafood stick (diced)
    二千七百毫升清水 2.7Litres of water

    I like to add crab meat but it is often not easy to buy. Crab stick is a good substitute.
