    I learnt from you that since I was born in January, I have a little problem finding balance and that is extremely true! I found the courage to express my hidden and exiled "leader" by taking the lead of a meeting lately (huge steps, big fear but doing it anyway) and still I struggle with balance. So this is exactly what I needed today. Thank you so much ❤❤❤

    I love this Kundalini Yoga session, it was amazing, it was a bit hard😅 but I love it😍 during the session I sneezed a couple time 😁i think that one of the benefits for me❤ thank you ❤

    This was beautiful and gentler on my body. As of lately, which this is a recognition of carrying the world upon shoulders…are there exercises besides shoulder rolls? Sat Nam🦢✨🫶🏼

      Yes agreed. Harder faster is not safe or wise in all cases. Shoulder shrugs - lifting up and down. Some kind of gentle movement that works for you. Not doing anything can make the pain worse depending on the situation.
