I learnt from you that since I was born in January, I have a little problem finding balance and that is extremely true! I found the courage to express my hidden and exiled "leader" by taking the lead of a meeting lately (huge steps, big fear but doing it anyway) and still I struggle with balance. Yes agreed. Harder faster is not safe or wise in all cases. Shoulder shrugs - lifting up and down. Some kind of gentle movement that works for you. Not doing anything can make the pain worse depending on the situation.
