regardless of one's way of approaching the return, there is 1 certainty against good serves.. You MUST be off the ground when the opponent strikes the ball.
Thanks for the great question. Move forward and take the ball early. This will take time from your opponent but perhaps more importantly give you less time to think / overthink. Be assertive and decisive!
