Have you played around with the phaser on there? To my knowledge Gary always kept it on but on a really slow setting

I never have, mainly due to this model not having a phaser. The deuce nor the mace of this time period had an onboard phaser, only reverb and tremolo. I can’t speak for the later versions of either amp.
