He looks super cool. That’s a great mold use to invoke the original rescan toy deco. And the fact that he comes with so many guns really makes me want him even more
I just got mine with code red & frankentron & dreadwing. All we need is a reboost of this mold repaint. So Yes Started as skids. Then Burnout Came, Then Crankcase retooled, Then Crosscut repaint. Then medix. I love all the guns he comes with. Nice Little bonus there to reuse parts.
I think when they reuse the mold, to create skids and burn out they were the better mold because for one thing they had a color of plastic that will not yellow
Also You forgot too In vehicle mode. You can store those 2 guns in the front tires too. I think too Ambulances are mainly meant to be a lot of white. Look at G1 ratchet.
I want this........but I don't want it. I don't mind the Walgreens exclusive part because I have a few around me. My issue is, I loved rescue bots, but I didn't really watch rescue bots academy, but Medix transformed into a car, like a medical chief, not a ambulance or SUV, so it doesn't make sense.
This design is based off a Medix toy where he rescanned into a vehicle a lot like this one. If you Google “rescue bots medix rescan” one of the first results should be a boxy ambulance that this is trying to pay homage to
To me the bumper gun looks more like a boom box than a gun.

Medix is an impressive use of the Legacy Skids mold. That said, I hope Medix is the final Walgreens exclusive Transformers figure.
