When dealing with the Bracken, (the "Shadow Creature") only look at it for a few seconds and then and walk away, it will then hopefully leave you alone for a while.
Bracken is shy and will try to attack you from behind, you can look at and go after it as long as you don't get too close, it confuses the AI a bit when there is two or more people. I got lost once and was stuck so i had to follow the bracken to get out, it kept running away as i looked at it, unfortunately a Jack in the box charged me from behind the bracken. I also found out the hard way that if you get too close to the coil-head it will attack even if you look at it.
LC has become the best thing to play with friends since it came out. And the mods just make replay value insanely more. Some runs are quiet and full of riches. Other runs are just death and in your face monsters. IGP would love the coilhead replacement with Peanut.
0:48 @drae you can if you're using it that is (thunderstore mod manager) can mess with the config file of the helmetcamera mod. its legit a 0 you replace with a 4 in the config to replace the default setting of like 8bit to 1024x1024 crisp hd clarity. it tells you the presets of 0/1/2/3/4 for their different definition levels. will help for recording purposes to see how they die etc. hope it helps
