Glad to see the latest innovations in hydration. Who knows, maybe I'll try something like this sometime. At the moment I'm a flask fan, at least until I get back into the ultra zone. The idea of coffee in one bladder and water in the other is pure gold.

How durable are these are to sugary blends is the real question. Usual water bladders get sticky and weld shut even with cleaning after awhile cause the sugar residue cystalizes. Speaking from experience via the military with sports drinks, energy drinks, and sometimes, alchohol.

I think it is ok for short training or cycling outings. It is not as durable as most single valve packs out there.
