as someone who works at starbucks, the brown sugar in the brown sugar shaken espresso is actually syrup. It is a half pump instead of a full pump but non the less It is not the raw sugar in the packets. It is still full of sugar, but it is pretty decent in calories. So, in all honesty, it just depends on your diet. But yeah, i would not say it is healthy but it is healthier than getting a white mocha or caramel frapp. I do really love you guys though, I just wanted to educate you on the drink. I have been really enjoying these van build videos.

You should put in wires thru the floor for floor heating. It comes in these rolls, of carbon film that you can adhere to the van floor and just put flooring on top of it. It saves so much electricity and was the shinning point to my van build. Mostly because of how energy efficient it is. Just saw you guys working on the floor. And figured I'd comment. But for real, best thing that someone else actually suggested to me. So just paying it forward. Good luck. God bless y'all
