When toy story 3 came out I was 8 or 9 and me and my cousin were obsessed with it. Jessie was always my favorite character

But play mode is beter a little teeny bit because it has 50 sayings and it has "there's a snake in my boot" and "this town a'int big enough for the two of us". so overall woody and jessie paly modes easily take the cake!
Jessie has always been my favorite female character. I always loved her charming and excitable demeanor. No other movie character could bring such a big smile to my face.

If Disney does nothing else correctly it is Merchandising! I think this is a very nice looking figure. Very cute! Little girls will definitely want this toy.

Some people forget that collectibles come in all sorts of forms, like toys shirts lunchboxes etc. Any true collector like our good friend Optibotimus doesn't generalize just the "boy toys" as collectibles but everything that comes out from that particular subject. That's like saying you don't play any of the Metroid games because the main character is a girl. If I had the money for this collection series I would definitely get Jessie because it wouldn't be a COLLECTION without all of them.
I really need to get in this line. If I can only get one, it'll be Rex. I seriously LOVED Rex when I was a kid.
Nice review, hope we get a Bullseye and Prospector in this style.
Now that we have Woody and Jessie, we still need Bullseye and the Prospector. It'd be more movie accurate if you left Prospector in the box, just like in Toy Story 2.

i randomly got the woody one today and its honestly great i love the certificate it came with as well, and when i was in the line to buy it i held it up with pride, i grew up with toy story im the exact same age as andy is in toy story 3 so its only fair i get woody too lol
lol i have the woody jessie and buzz and bolsie, and when they are all on play mode and you pull their strings and push their buttons, they won't stop talking until they are either turned off or in different rooms away from eachother, it's like a voice activated thingy lol, and i think jessie looks pretty!

The yodelling cowgirl came home with me today and she is exquisite! Love the voice, the soft texture and vivid colour of her hat, her hair, her costume is just beautifully done, especially her chaps! My only irksome issue is that the "play try me and off" button is as inconveniently located as possible, just like on the TSC Woody. Yeesh. But the figure is marvelous in every other way. Optibotimus, I bow to you, once again. Now let's go and see what you said about the TSC Mr. Potato Head!

@optibotimus If you think nothing is wrong with buying dolls for fifty bucks a pop then that's cool. It's just kinda... weird I guess. An action figures is that, an Action Figure. But an rag doll is for little girls. But hey, you're a collector so collect away. To each his own.

2--> I brought the TSC Jessie for $ 25.00 + Shipping but after receiving her in the parcel , I realized that she needed some serious cleaning!! and fixing!, She smelled like crap when I got her in her parcel. She perfectly operated, had no problems, except cleaning thing, another thing, I have to redo her pigtail hair, because her hair was loose & did not look right. Stitch her hair and fixed her, she looked new after the fixing,cleaning. I was happy save money but there were results BuyHerUsed
Wait what you threw away Buzzes BOX!!! Nah man it's cool. I kept my box of Buzz Lightyear. Buzz Lightyear's box (which is the $50 dollar one I got from target which is part of the collection) looks just like the one from the movie it's amazing. It's actually a spaceship. Buzz lightyear is the only toy story toy I currently have.
I'm a boy and I got that exact one and I love her I've had her for 3 years and she is still not dirty.

@waterman1308 you should never regret playing with toys. If the movies have showed us anything it's that toys are for playing with. That's how we show them love.

Ugh! I was thinking about getting just an 11.5 inch action figure because that one looks very good for it's $10-$15 price point, but dangit after seeing this review I have to really think about it now.... grr! But nice review thanks a bunch for doing this!

They say that they made them using the digital data and they still don't look so good. The only thing I like are her smile and the hat, the rest looks... meh. Just saying it how I see it. I hope they make new ones when ts4 comes out lol.

@optibotimus Sure I'm being judgmental. I have no problem with that. But the original G.I. Joe was an "action" figure as in he was a military toy who fought bad guys with guns, and other war accessories.
G.I. Joe was not a rag doll with a cute little face and yarn for hair. Rag dolls are for little girls and G.I Joes are action figures are for boys. But like as said, you're a collector so collect what you want.
wow, this toy looks better than i had thought it would. i do wish they gave her a plastic hat that or even a tough vynal so i woudl stay better aroudn the head but thats not bad still. verry nice review. i still have to buy R.C and the aliens. i think for rex im jsut going to get the 30 dollar one because he wasnt really like that in the movie, same with hamm and potato head. did you happen to see bullseye at any of the stores? and i dont even display these guys, i put them in a toy box. :D

i was in the entertainer in my local town centre and i pulled her string and then put her back on the shelf then as i started walking away it said "is anybody there?" it freaked me out and i really wanted ot get her
With woody and Jessie, i like to have them on try me because I do t like how it say exact replica and yet they can talk TNT themselves. Try me is basically pull string mode
Hey I love these toys and I just got Buzz for my b-day. I got a question, how many toy story 3 collection toys are there? I thought it was only Buzz and Woody. ok, i was at the mall a few weeks ago, had $50, and had to choose either the toy story collection lotso or jessie. i got lotso. what do you think i should've gotten, lotso, or jessie?
You can get the toy story collection bullseye only at toys r us, he is not available at Walmart or zellers. Bullseye is $ 68.00 at toys r us with tax included at canadian toys r us. Yeah, he is expensive. You can save $ 9.00 buying him from the US toys r us, if you live In the us.
hi there, jessie is not as responsive as woody, buzz or lotso on play mode. i tried to shout or talk to her but i think she could not hear it. even said "anybody there?" while i'm shouting at her. i also saw the same here on this vid as you clapped your hands but no response from her.
This is such a great doll! The detail, the material, pretty much everything about the doll is AMAZING! I started looking for her as soon as i found out that they were making her back in March! Optibotimus... her hair can be fed through the string on her hat for a more secure fit.

I thought it was only my Jessie that had the 3 string things in the cuffs face the inside rather than the outside but I guess not? Were they all made this way? But I looove this doll so much can't wait to get bullseye.
How tall is it? I used to have an old one that was pretty tall and I can't find it (I REALLY LOVED IT) so I'm trying to buy a new one, but i don't want a tiny one. I want one thats like...15 inches.

Jessie the cowgirl rocks big time even though no one knew that she's part of Woody's Roundup which was TV show that was made in the '50s. She's a member of the roundup gang which appeared in black and white on a Philco Predicta TV set that was seen in Al's Apartment in Toy Story 2. Joan Cusack does the voice of the character I like just in case you didn't know that.

4:30 She doesnt get louder xD Her hat fell off. Thats where her speaker is (as you probably might have noticed by now:P (I Finally got her now!!) The only bad thing is: Now I want to have the rest aswell! They iz expencive...
I personally don't like her voice as much as Woody's or Buzz's it doesn't sound authentic to me I know that Tom Hanks and Tim Allan Provided their voices for the toys but Jessie doesn't sound like Joan Cusack to me.
@REPONELOVE28 no one is going to give away their stuff honey buy your own. if she wants one get her the one without yarn hair becuase she is a toddler and the yarn hair is going to get messed up.

@optibotimus Well, there's the cheaper version without the yarn hair - the non-Collection edition, that's roughly $35
i would probally only buy these guys if they release a bullseye until then im sticking with Buzz. nice review.
