...hey, St. Louis...kudos to your videographer and editor for producing the finest Gateway promo...ever...the smooth camera moves combined with the use of a classical music selection selected to promote this lovely '76 Mark IV in Cream (should be noted as yellow) with contrasting vinyl and coordinating leather to its likely buyer segment is truly appreciated... ...many thanks from one who has muted other Gateway offerings using AC/DC and Metallica to promote the same class of car...never understood that...
The upper belts and mounts/reel are still in place, but a previous owner has disconnected them from the lap belts. They should be relatively easy to reattach.
I will never understand why to save a lousy 50 pounds and a few bucks, they eliminated the power side windows that pulled into the B Pillar. The 72 - 75 Marks have them. There was even a switch for the rear seat passengers as well as 4 windows switches on the drivers armrest. I can't imagine what the tooling to make new inserts for the doors cost. Why eliminate it for the last year? Anyway, if I were to get a 76 Mark, I would have them restore the parts from a junked 72 - 75 Mark.
I can almost taste some of the colors in which we're used!

My uncle used to have me take his to the car wash for him when I was 13 years old. I would swing by the park and pick up my friends.
dang...that *really* looks good. awesome interior.
What happened to the seatbealts? It only has hip belts, not for the chest in the front.
