Autism is definitely a spectrum, because the way my step son acts with his autism is different than how my youngest acts. Like for example, my youngest will understand a joke better than my step son. He will think something is serious or real, when it’s not. It will be more joking or sarcasm. So I have to correct him and tell him it’s a joke. Then he’ll laugh. I love that Lost and Found book cover by Allegra Hall, it’s very pretty.
