In order to praise your service you belittle other countries and I think you confuse people. Let me explain it straight, people go abroad to have a cheap treatment - this is a true fact but you're missing something so important here: the hospitals that Irish people go in Turkey are never recommended by local ones. I'm Turkish and I never ever go to these hospitals even if they offer me a free treatment. These are all tourist traps and scams. I suggest that everyone does research properly, reads reviews and questions why this is so cheap. There are so many famous and top notch quality hospitals in Turkey, their services are not expensive as Ireland but not too cheap either. If you ask my honest opinion, considering the flight tickets, it's not worth going there to have simple treatment if the waiting queue is not an issue. I have been living here for so long and have never gone to my hometown for a dental care. You welcome to Ireland as well, good to have another great dental care service here. Long story short, please don't lump poor service with all entire medical system in Turkey/or other countries
