I discuss my learning model. How to effectively learn what we read and study ?
This model has five stages :
1. Read - to know the meaning of the text/book/lecture
2. Understand - to know the message of the text, what does it cover and how it is different
3. Think- engage with the text, analyse it , compare it with other material and critique it. Find whether the evidence an the arguments are cogent have substance
4. Explain - give your own words to your understanding and thinking. Try to explain it to others, if cant find anyone just explain it to your own self.
5. Write - put your explanation on paper in a manner that captures the gist of the material/lecture/text but also includes your analysis.
These five methods are comprehensive and methodical steps that will ensure that our studies, our readings and our education have maximum learning outcome.

Really you have made me very happy on this occasion. The reason is that i have compared all my steps with your precious lecture.
How to avoid writing phobia? In the CSS journey, the thing which tease me most, is the phobia of writing. Every time I get stuck in the middle or in the start. In such case thoughts completely vanish out of memory. Kindly make a video about it in spare time.

I believe "How to read a book" by Mortimer J. Adler is the best book till date on the subject of extracting knowledge and learning from books. I would love to see your review of it.

Expert advice
Excellent Umar sb. I think if you discussed information mapping in this video it would be good. You know there are mainly two types of information Mapping one is hierarchical mapping (chunking) commonly know as mind mapping. There are software available to that. Secondly, there is time wise mapping which is flowcharting. These techniques/tools can eliminate knowledge gaps. These can organise information in a better way which is very useful for understanding and memorization.

After listening your videos, i always feel confident and more focus on my journey that is to clear css, when i apply these things such as understanding techniques, one thing that make me less confident is self doubt that i assume in myself that i understand less and i write bad and i read not effectively. So how could we tackle these things, please sir make video on 'how to overcome self doubt'.
After self doubt, i skip reading and do nothing.
