Or you could run the wires to a new plug receptacle in the back of the unit, put the new batteries neatly in a vented box, and add a computer fan for you will need it due to overheating issues because you will be using it for extended periods and it doesn't have adequate sinks....
What happens if you join and crimp the wires leading out of the enclosure to a piggyback female/spade terminal were effectively both external and internal female spade terminals join at the first battery banks static mounted spade terminals? Sorry i hope i made sense. Basically instead of stripping the main wires insulation exposing the copper before the female spades?
@@PraiseandGlory4God Hi. My thoughts are as follows.Does the space(gap) between the casing and that of the batteries allow it? Bending the piggybacks once is okay, but with multiple bending actions,it could break of.It is definitely an option to use piggybacks.
what time last the default battery? and how much is the improve with 3 batteries?, have you consider replace the default battery with a more powerfull lion littium battery?
The default batteries (2)used to last 3-4 hours, but that only lasted about 6 months. It went down to about 60 minutes.I inserted new batteries inside the ups,but decided to add the older two(2) batteries as well. When the time come I will decide whether to replace it lithium batteries.Another option is to try and "repair" the lead acid batteries. That will be in another video.Whether it will work,I don't know.

@@trysumstuff7182 dude you added battery in series they are 12v batteries so total V would be 24V
you were suppose to connect in parallel.
