    I love that throughout David is asking 'but aren't you going to do x' and Elaine is just 'nah' 😂 This is why I love the foodbod recipes and method, take away the faff 😊

    Thanks, just bought your book The Sourdough Whisperer, today will make my first bread, wish me luck. What difference between that book and Easy Everyday Sourdough Bread Baking?

      The whisperer goes more into detail about the process and trouble shooting. It's what I started with, but I've now bought all three books.

    Hello, I have a question I thought about milling my own flour from wheat berries would this still have a high protein….. here in the US they like to put a lot of additives in our food.

    Please zoom into the bowl; you both are lovely people but you are not the reason I want to see this :))
    I’d love to see the structure of what is going on inside the bowl each step of the row; especially for non-English speaking very new sourdough starters (like myself), to actually see what is going on is more important sometimes than all the talking about it.
