Hi Laura. These videos are really helpful. You are the first printmaker I have ever heard acknowledge that their method of drawing is specific to the printmaking process. I've asked a number of friends previously who are print artists how their drawing is tailored to their printmaking and they've looked perplexed.

I love watching your videos! I’ve been a 3D illustrator all my working life, working in paper sculpture. Your videos have got me all fired up to give Lino printing a try. Thank you for the inspiration and all the wonderful information on the process...most enjoyable!!!

Thanks Laura! I found your work through pressing matters magazine and I thought that I would never be able to learn from you.......now the internet and this series is making it possible and I’m truly grateful. Looking forward to the rest of this series. I print by hand so I would love to make my work a lot better. Thanks again.

Thank you, Laura. You are such a good teacher. As a 73 year old art student, I also find myself keeping little “bits and pieces” of many items (I call them my references): things that caught my eye for some reason. I also keep a small collection of texture materials (foils, netting’s, fabric, etc.) for other types of printing other than lino. Please keep producing these wonderful videos!
