    To make delicious pani puri at home, you'll first need to prepare the pani (spiced water) and the puris (crispy hollow shells). For the pani, blend together mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, tamarind paste, cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and water until smooth. Strain the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator. Next, for the puris, mix semolina, all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and water to form a stiff dough. Roll out small puris and deep fry them until they puff up and turn golden brown. To assemble, gently make a hole in each puri, fill it with a mixture of boiled potatoes, chickpeas, and tamarind chutney, and dip it in the chilled pani before enjoying the burst of flavors in your mouth! It's a delightful and popular Indian street food that you can easily recreate at home.

    RECIPE:
    For Golgappe, take a thali, put some Semolina, Hot Oil mix it well, and bind the dough with Lukewarm Water. Knead and mash the Semolina Dough until smooth and soft. Then divide it into equal portions and roll it in an long shape and Round shape one by one. Fry them on high flame and after some time turn the flame medium to make them crispy.
    For Mango Ginger Pulp, in a cooker, put peeled and chopped Raw Mango, Ginger, and some water in it. Give it 2 whistles, grind it and take out in a bowl.
    For Jaggery Water, in a bowl, put Jaggery, some water, mix it, and keep it to dissolve.
    For Green Chutney Paste, take some Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilies, Ice Cubes, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chat Masala, Cloves, Salt, Ginger, Water and grind them all and make a paste. Then add some Lime Juice and Water to it. Green Chutney Paste will get ready.For Meetha Pani, in a jar, put Jaggery Water, Raw Mango Ginger pulp, some Green Chutney Paste, and mix them all well. Then put some Water, Black Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Ice Cubes, and Raita Boondi, then add some more Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder in it. Khatta-Meetha Pani will get ready in this way.
    For Khatta Pani, in a jar, put Raw Mango Ginger pulp, some Green Chutney Paste, and mix it well. Put some water, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and some Boondi in it. Khatta Pani will get ready. Serve the tasty and healthy Pani Puri and enjoy it.
