Hi Kapoia, you are sensing it right. Sextile has to be incorporated into relationship. I see sextile as potential. It still can be beautiful, don´t worry about it. If you want something long-term, you should want sextile, not square. Square is very much affair type of aspect.

*It depends on so many other factors - most of all being, are you conscious of your own selves? Are you integrating your own 'monsters' and aspects which seem irreconcilable ? My husband and I both have Pluto aspecting our exact conjunction in Mars. There are so many other connections though, that this is not all we'd look at. We do look at the Mars, however, in our charts just because Mars in mine is a major focal point of a grand trine and a T Square. It aspects 9 other "planets" in my chart - and rules my moon. For my husband, it's also part of a T Square - the same one I have, with Moon/Sun swapped. So! In our case, the Mars /Pluto aspects are important - esp as Pluto is both of our chart's ruler, as well as our composite ruler. It can make for fireworks, definitely, but... again, I think you must look at it all as a whole separately and then also together. Look at your composite chart - that'll be a better indicator in some ways.
