    To complete the understanding of what im sharing, the most important thing to note is that:
    It’s not the experience of happiness itself that is important, but the understanding of its significance.
    To embody unconditional happiness, and for that to be our experience, it is in the understanding of its significance and essence that makes it unconditional.

    Brilliant! Convincing oneself that nothing can make one happy will result in nothing being able to make one unhappy. Thank you. I love the clarity of your explanations of these teachings. Be blessed!

      Yes absolutely. It also quiets the mind enough to recognise the source from which the happiness we seek to experience emanates. It’s an important recognition for sure :)

    Woah!! Nothing in the world can make me happy.. This blew my mind!
    Though... I am currently a tourist in a poor country, it makes me sad to see people not have basic access to stuff and live in poverty. Theyre all probably stressed on how to provide for their family. Could they just choose to be happy? I feel guilt that I have all of my needs met and I am still not happy. I look at these poor people.

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  22 дня назад +1

      I feel you. I know it’s coming from empathy and compassion, but Just be careful about falling into a state of pitty. They’re “poor” relatively but I’ve met many of these people while on my adventures. They’re fine. And most of them if given the chance they’d choose to stay in the life they’re in. They’re happy with it.
      We also have people in Weston countries that have everything and all opportunities possible and they still struggle to provide for their family.
      It’s all relative brother. Let be what is, it’s all in your favour, and everything you do, even if completely and seemingly unrelated, is also all in their favour 🙏

    Whatever you believe is what you experience. If you're believe nothing in this world can make you happy then nothing in this world will make you happy. If you believe the opposite, then that's what you are going to experience.

      A belief is an indicator of not knowing. A belief always will bring conflict with the actual reality that is going on. Real happiness is the cease of conflict, is the absolute order and peace. And you can't find that in beliefs, because belief creates a conflict between what is and what should be, all thought and not actual reality.

    Hi two questions please, would be great if you could make videos on these in future.
    1. What if there are things in life you dont want, i assume its okay to slowly move away or remove these things from your life? Isnt it inevitable you'll feel in a state of resistance/suffering while doing so?
    2. What if you made mistakes and hurt people in your life. And the guilt or knowing that they criticise/reject/despise you, still weighs on you? Even if you are able to follow your wisdom and move towards accepting your own internal state of happiness, but this feeling of being a bad person still plagues you.

      Hey logan! Pleasure to meet you my friend.
      There’s one simple answer to this question, and I’ll quote it from Francis Lucille, “take care of the big picture. That will take care of the smaller pictures.”
      In other words, following your wisdom will get you nowhere. Don’t move towards acceptance.
      Recognise that which is pure acceptance itself. The essence of forgiveness is your true nature. You are already the acceptance for everything to take place as it is. Nothing to forgive, therefore nothing to feel guilt for.
      Don’t move towards it, see it clearly. You either see it or you don’t. If there’s any movement to be made it’s towards that. Not towards wise words or what people have said in a book or on RUclips.
      That’s the bigger picture. That will take care of everything else on its own.
      I can help you personally in my community. Feel free to join at any time.
      And in regards to your first question, freedom moves or cuts out wherever it wants. No resistance to it. You may feel emotion, tears maybe, don’t mistake emotion for suffering. Suffering is the resistance to whatever you are experiencing.
      I didn’t want my best friend to die. But I didn’t suffer his death. My dad and my sister never met him. But they cried with me. They didn’t suffer either. They just felt emotion. They felt what was arising. As did it! And I didn’t resist it. If I did, I would have suffered.
      Hope this clarifies a bit.
      Thanks for the subscription brother

    I'm ever attempting to allow myself to stay in the simple reality of happiness. Sometimes I overcomplicate this with tools or books like you said, and this was such a great reminder about the beautiful simplicity of happiness (existence, truth, reality).

    ❤❤🙏 How do we come to the conclusion that no desire fullfillment can lead to happiness in this existence ? What do you think we are doing here on Planet between birth to death process ?

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  Месяц назад +2

      You have to recognise that the experience of happiness is not a quality inherent in any experience at all.
      Therefore no experience can bring about happiness. Therefore true happiness can not be found in the fulfillment of any desire because a desire fulfilled is an experience, therefore is conditional, has limitation, and will perpetuate resistance and suffering in the belief that we need to strive towards another experience to achieve the same feeling of happiness.
      And honestly I think we’re here to have fun. I don’t believe there is a reason for anything other than existence is beautiful and it just is. Anything else is an add on. A concept made of limitation. Like a termite asking why it eats wood. The question is redundant.
      There is only pure infinite beingness. It stands outside the realm of time and space.
      Therefore it stands behind and is greater than any reason or cause because all reason and cause exist in time and space. Time and space do not exist. Therefore any question as to why or how or what we’re doing will always be only relative to the limited effect that can not speak of a cause because it did not create it.

    • @Iloveuniverse222
      @Iloveuniverse222 Месяц назад +2

      @sajafendel I agree. Osho has reiterated the same. We are just here to have fun and life is inherently purposeless/meaningless. Thank you 🥰🙏 Time to put it into action again and again.

    I have a question. Where should books and knowledge of psychology be left, even if it is holistic psychology such as, for example, the psychology of Carl Jung or Ken Wilber? Would it be some kind of unnecessary knowledge? I'm not saying I think this but I would love to know your point of view on it 🙌

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  Месяц назад +1

      Any knowledge that removes knowledge is necessary knowledge. So any psychology that removes knowledge is useful depending on who needs it.
      Each person should ask themselves whether the knowledge they consume is giving them joy and greater peace when they’re not consuming it.
      We will find that most knowledge we consume has no further benefit other than the joy of consuming it. That is useless.
      Ultimately, the only purpose of knowledge is to remove the need to seek it. When the search for knowledge comes to an end we stand in pure consciousness from which it arises.
      Psychology is a progressive path but if you take it all the way you will come to pure consciousness, the same as if you take science all the way.
      So for me it’s what’s the most effective for happiness. It’s definitely not psychology alone but it can definitely help.
      What are your thoughts?

    • @theholisticfathering
      @theholisticfathering Месяц назад +1

      Sorry for the late answer, I was thinking about it haha. I think books serve as different expressions if the truth, and therefore they point to you to look to something that you probably didn't look ever. The error is to obtain the conclussions word by word and try to fit your reality in that affirmations.
      You have nailed it when you said "the ultimate purpose of knowledge is to cease it search", but careful because some people could take this as an excuse for ignorance, thing that inevitably brings suffering.

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  Месяц назад

      @@theholisticfathering i understand you bro. Totally agree! But I don’t think people will take it as an excuse for ignorance. Maybe for 1 week until the undeniable sense of seeking kicks in again😂 but I didn’t say the point of knowledge is to end the search, I said the point of knowledge to remove the need to seek it.
      The same as purpose. The purpose of purpose is purposelessness. It is at the end of its use that the purpose is fulfilled.
