As a Kenyan and East African, I admire Rwandans zero tolerance for corruption especially in law enforcement and the justice system. This is the immune system of any nation. If the justice system is corrupted, then the nation will contract any and every illness and soon die. This is what you are seeing in my country Kenya. Rwandans please do not ever allow corruption to enter your culture and systems.
